Research work of students is one of the important components of higher education, an effective way to improve the quality of training specialists.
Research work of students should be aimed at developing students ‘ skills in research work, developing creative initiative and the ability to apply the achievements of scientific progress in practice, which meets the requirements of training a modern specialist as a researcher (scientist), Manager (Manager) and practitioner.
Participation in research contributes to the better assimilation of students of major disciplines, expanding their scientific and social horizons, teaches them to independently master new ideas, quickly and effectively navigate the flow of scientific information.
The main goals of students ‘ research work are:
- improving the quality of training of specialists with higher education, ensuring their relevance in the pharmaceutical industry;
- formation of creative professional thinking skills by mastering scientific methods of knowledge and research;
- creation and development of conditions that allow each student to exercise their right to creative personal development, participation in scientific research – full, equal and for everyone in accordance with their needs, goals and abilities.
Main tasks of NIRS:
- students ‘ mastery of scientific methods of cognition;
- familiarizing students with research methods, experimental methods, and decision-making theory;
- acquisition of skills to independently solve scientific and practical problems;
- acquisition of skills to work in research teams, familiarization with the methods of organizing their work;
- education of students ‘ need for creativity, self-education, continuous improvement of their knowledge, in-depth and creative development of educational material;
- formation of skills and needs for permanent work with domestic and foreign literature, ability to work with the patent Fund;
- mastering modern information technologies and methods of information communication (Internet, e-mail, etc.);
- establishing close links between the student’s interests and the scientific and educational direction of the Department, strengthening his creative contacts with the teacher in the binary learning process.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, according to the results of the scientific work of students, 188 students were accepted: 123 of them are diplomas, 65 students are students of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th courses.
ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
The IV International Student Festival “GxP-Fest 2024” by the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Commission was held in Moscow from February 01 to April 19, 2024. Students and teachers of specialized universities in Russia and the EAEU countries, representatives of Russian and foreign regulators, pharmaceutical companies, as well as experts in the field of vocational education gathered at one site.
04.26.2024. Students of the educational program “Technology of pharmaceutical production” Baizhanova Sholpan 4th year, Nesipbek Akzhol 3rd year. At the Kazakh-Russian Medical University, students, undergraduates and doctoral students took part in the Republican scientific and practical conference “Prospects for the development of digital technologies in the field of healthcare” and were awarded a diploma of the 1st degree. Scientific supervisors: PhD, Associate Professor Zhusipbekova Sh.E., PhD, Associate Professor Kadyrbaeva G.M. The topic of scientific work: “Digital medicine – today’s reality”.

THE VICTORY OF THE SCHOOL OF PHARMACY AT THE IV INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FESTIVAL “GXP-FEST 2024” 04/22/2024 WAS HELD IN MOSCOW
Scientific Olympiads and student festivals are of great importance in training qualified personnel, attracting young people to scientific projects and research.Representatives of the S.D.Asfendiyarov KazNMU School of Pharmacy successfully perform at such events both in Kazakhstan and internationally. High awards were awarded to the performances of the teams of the School of Pharmacy of the leading medical university of Kazakhstan at the international student festival held in Moscow on April 19.

The first is “GxP – Good Pharmaceutical Practices”. The competition for teams was held in 2 stages: qualifying (03/14/2024 online) and final (04/19/2024 in person in Moscow). Individual participation is also provided for English-speaking students.
