At Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, on February 12, 2026, within the framework of industrial practice for 3rd-year students of the School of Pharmacy, PhD L.N. Kiekbayeva delivered a lecture entitled: “Pharmaceutical Ethics and Deontological Principles of Collective Interaction in Industrial Manufacturing. Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. Production Regulations and Their Characteristics.”
During the session, issues of professional ethics and deontology in pharmaceutical manufacturing were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the culture of collective interaction within production units, the distribution of responsibilities among specialists, adherence to professional discipline, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Students were introduced to the principles of professional responsibility of pharmaceutical personnel, standards of ethical conduct in the industrial environment, as well as requirements for maintaining confidentiality and corporate culture at pharmaceutical enterprises.
Within the framework of industrial practice, detailed consideration was given to occupational safety and health requirements in manufacturing facilities, rules for handling chemical substances and pharmaceutical materials, prevention of workplace injuries, and emergency response procedures.
Special emphasis was placed on the production regulation as a key regulatory document governing technological processes, requirements for equipment and personnel, and quality control in industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The lecture contributed to the development of students’ understanding of professional responsibility, adherence to pharmaceutical ethical standards, occupational safety requirements, and the principles of working within industrial pharmaceutical production.
