On September 21, 2026, a curator hour on the topic “A Nation That Reads Books. One Country — One Book — A Bright Future” was held for the Kazakh group FOT 23-016, 4th-year students majoring in Pharmaceutical Production Technology, at 37A Zheltoksan Street, Almaty.

The event was organized and conducted by Nazgul Onalbekovna Makasheva, lecturer and group curator of the Department of Organization, Management and Economics of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy.

The main purpose of the curator hour was to encourage students to read, promote spiritual and moral values, and develop an interest in national literature.

During the event, students discussed the importance of reading, its role in expanding knowledge and broadening horizons, and its contribution to personal development. They also shared their opinions about the books they had read, as well as their favourite authors and literary works.

In conclusion, the students emphasized that reading contributes to intellectual and professional growth, helps develop an educated and culturally aware personality, and plays an important role in creating a bright future.
