TRAINING SEMINAR ON INTRA-DEPARTMENTAL QUALITY CONTROL

From June 1 to June 3, 2026, a training seminar entitled “Regulatory and Organizational Model of Intra-Departmental Academic Quality Control: Documents, Requirements and Work Procedures” (12 academic hours) was held at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University.

The event was organized to enhance the effectiveness of intra-departmental control, improve mechanisms for monitoring the quality of the educational process, and strengthen reporting procedures. During the seminar, participants became familiar with current regulatory requirements, the organization of intra-departmental quality control, and practical approaches to ensuring academic quality at the departmental level.

The seminar was attended by all members of the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) of the School of Pharmacy and the staff members responsible for intra-departmental quality control at the departments:

  • Karlygash T. Raganina – Department of Pharmaceutical Technology;
    • Bayan O. Syzdykova – Department of Engineering Disciplines and Good Practices;
    • Albina A. Atakanova – Department of Biotechnology and General Chemical Technology;
    • Assel S. Kozhamzharova – Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry;
    • Galiya M. Sayakova – Department of Pharmacognosy with the Course of Botany;

The knowledge and practical skills gained during the seminar will contribute to the further improvement of the internal quality assurance system, enhance the effectiveness of educational process monitoring, and strengthen the culture of quality within the School of Pharmacy.
