Conducting Final Attestation for Graduates of the Educational Program “Pharmacy” at Asfendiyarov KazNMU

From June 12 to 16, 2026, graduates of the B085 – “Pharmacy” educational program of the School of Pharmacy of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University NJSC will undergo independent examination for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Final attestation is the concluding stage of the educational process and is aimed at determining the level of graduates’ mastery of the educational program, the formation of professional competencies, and their readiness for professional activity in the field of pharmacy.

To ensure the objectivity and independence of the assessment of graduates’ knowledge and practical skills, independent examiners — qualified experts in the field of pharmacy and healthcare — have been involved in the final attestation process.

Chairperson of the Commission: Elmira Bekbolovna Kartbayeva — PhD, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental Medicine, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University NJSC.

The first stage will take place on June 12, 2026, in the form of comprehensive computer-based testing in the following disciplines:

  1. Pharmacognosy
  2. Technology of Dosage Forms
  3. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
  4. Organization and Economics of Pharmacy

The second stage will be held on June 16, 2026, and will be aimed at assessing graduates’ practical skills in the following areas:

  1. Pharmacognostic analysis of medicinal plant raw materials
  2. Pharmaceutical technology of medicines
  3. Quality control of medicines
  4. Organization of acceptance, accounting, storage, and sale of medicines
  5. Communication skills of a pharmacist
