On September 17, 2026, the annual youth career guidance festival “Career Time 2026” was held in Almaty at ALT University. The event was organized by the Youth Policy Department of Almaty.

Representatives of the S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, including a representative of the School of Pharmacy, took part in the event.

The main purpose of the festival was to provide young people with information about educational opportunities, professional career choices, development prospects, and current labor market trends, as well as to create opportunities for direct communication with representatives of educational institutions and employers.

As part of the event, representatives of various organizations and educational institutions presented young people with information about educational programs, professional development opportunities, and career prospects. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions of interest and learn more about different professional fields.

For S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and the School of Pharmacy, participation in such events is an important opportunity to introduce young people to medical and pharmaceutical education and career prospects, as well as to conduct information and outreach activities among prospective applicants.
